Product Features

1. Breaking capacity up to 10kA

2. Mechanical contact indicating window, effective breaking indication, safe and reliable

Full automatic melt punching machine: CNC row spacing, semi-finished copper, silver strip can be punched into melt according to the required size, and cut into the required length of silver sheet.

Spot welding: spot welding or spot welding can improve the efficiency of continuous welding without current adjustment.

Sand filling machine: the frequency and duration of sand shaking are controlled by numerical control to achieve a certain density of sand compactness step by step. The fuse sand plays an arc extinguishing role, and the internal sand compactness is very important.

Vacuum oven: make the inside reach the vacuum state, draw to the negative pressure of 0.1 PA, so that the excess curing inside the product is discharged, and do the preliminary work for curing.

FAQ

Q1: Does homeowners insurance cover circuit breakers?

A1: Generally speaking, a complete homeowners policy will cover the electrical panel should it malfunction or prove a substantial risk. Replacing old panel boxes is ideal because of improvements in new panels.

Q2: Can a bad breaker cause a fire?

A2: Circuit breakers are designed to keep you and your family safe from fire, but one brand of breaker might not only fail to protect your family – it could actually cause a fire. But if the breaker doesn't trip, the increasing current can cause the wires to overheat, and even ignite.

Q3: How a breaker box is wired?

A3: Each circuit has two hot wires feeding into the breaker, as well as a neutral wire that connects to the neutral bus. Together, these three wires exit the breaker box and go on to provide the juice for their designated circuit.

Q4: How can I tell if I have a 200 amp breaker?

A4: Six gauge copper wire can carry 60 amps, four gauge indicates 100 amps, 2 gauge carries 125 amps, 1 gauge corresponds to 150 amps and 2/0 gauge carries 200 amps. Generally speaking, the lower the gauge number, the larger the wire. Inspect the electrical meter to see if it has an amperage rating.

Q5: How do I know what size breaker I need?

A5: A panel's total amperage is printed near or on the main circuit breaker, which controls all the circuits in the panel. Most breaker boxes are 100, 150, or 200 amps. Add the amperages of all the individual breakers in the box. The total may be more than twice the total amperage of the box.
