NBT1-63 series small air switch adopts a large arc extinguishing chamber, and the arc motion track is connected with a large arc iron arc striking piece, which reduces the resistance of arc movement and prevents the arc from stopping in the middle of the way. There are more iron grid pieces (13 pieces), and the arc is cut, cooled, extinguished, and the multi-layer mesh iron grid is used at the arc nozzle to further cool and extinguish the arc, basically ensuring zero arc flashover and effectively preventing the occurrence of short-circuit of arc light between the poles; both sides of the arc chamber are provided with multi-layer mesh iron grid With the protection of special organic materials, a large amount of insulation vapor is produced under the high temperature of the arc, which makes the arc resistance rise and the voltage increase, which provides a strong guarantee for the rapid extinction of the arc. The insulation materials on both sides also effectively prevent the arc from burning the shell, ensuring the high insulation performance of the product.
